Removal & Installation: Starter: Installation

  1. Install starter assembly (6).
  2. Install mounting bolts and tighten bolts (5) to specified torque. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  3. Reconnect the connectors to terminals (B) and (S) tighten terminals (B) to specified torque.
  4. Install the heat protector (3). See Figure .
  5. Install exhaust front left pipe (2) and tighten bolts and nuts specified torque. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  6. Connect two heated O2 sensor connector (1). See Figure .
  7. Reconnect the battery ground cable.
