DTC P0496: EVAP System - Flow During Non-Purge: Condition

DTC P0496 is set when with engine running fuel tank internal pressure is lower than specification even after both EVAP Canister Purge Valve (EVAP-CPV) and EVAP Canister Vent Valve (EVAP-CVV) are closed. MIL is illuminated when ECM detects malfunction during 2 consecutive drive cycles.
