DTC P0443: EVAP Circuit, Purge Control Valve Circuit Malfunction: Condition

DTC sets when EVAP-Canister Purge Valve (EVAP-CPV) output voltage is low when ECM commands EVAP purge valve closed. MIL is illuminated when Engine Control Module (ECM) detects malfunction during 2 consecutive drive cycles. Possible causes are:

• ECM malfunction.
• EVAP-CPV malfunction.
• EVAP-CPV circuit malfunction.
