DTC P0123: Throttle Position (TP) Sensor Circuit, High Input: Condition

DTC is set when ECM (PCM) detects TP sensor voltage is more than 4.8 volts for 1 second. Possible causes are:

• TP sensor malfunction.
• ECM (PCM) malfunction.
