DTC P0441: EVAP System - Incorrect Purge Flow: Condition

DTC is set when fuel tank internal pressure does not drop below a specified value when closing Canister Vent Valve (CCV) and opening Canister Purge Valve (CPV). Fuel tank must be at least 1/4 full, engine must be running at normal operating temperature and EVAP canister purging. ECM monitors this circuit once per drive cycle. Possible causes are:

• EVAP canister plugged.
• Loose or plugged vacuum hose.
• Open or short in EVAP system circuits.
• CPV malfunction.
• Canister air valve malfunction.
• FTP sensor malfunction.
