Resistance Check
Turn ignition off. Disconnect wheel speed sensor 2-pin electrical harness connector. Measure resistance between wheel speed sensor 2-pin electrical harness connector terminals. Wheel speed sensor resistance should be 1200-1600 ohms at 68°F (20°C). Measure resistance between each wheel speed sensor 2-pin electrical harness connector terminal and sensor body. Insulation resistance should be one megohm or greater. If either resistance test is not as specified, replace wheel speed sensor.
