DTC P0480: Radiator Cooling Fan Control Circuit Malfunction: Condition

DTC is set when monitor signal of radiator cooling fan relay is different than command signal. Possible causes are:

• Short or open circuit between ignition switch and ECM.
• Radiator cooling fan relay malfunction.
• ECM malfunction.
