Removal & Installation: Starter: Removal

  1. Disconnect negative battery lead (1) at battery (2). See Fig 1 .
  2. Disconnect magnetic switch lead wire (3) and battery cable (2) from starting motor (1) terminals. See Fig 2 .
  3. Remove (2) starting motor mount bolts.
  4. Remove starting motor (1). See Fig 3 .
