Radiator Fan Control Relay: Inspection

  1. Disconnect negative cable at battery.
  2. Remove RFC relay (1) from relay box. See Figure .
  3. Check for proper connection to relay at terminals No. 1 and 2. If okay, check that there is continuity between No. 1 and 2 when battery is connected to terminals No. 3 and 4. Is check result satisfactory? If yes, go to next step. If no, replace radiator cooling fan relay.
