DTC P0111: Intake Air Temperature Circuit - Range/Performance Problem: Condition

DTC is set when variation in Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is less than specified value after engine is at operating temperature. IAT is continuously monitored. MIL is illuminated when Engine Control Module (ECM) detects malfunction during 2 consecutive drive cycles. Possible causes are:

• High circuit resistance.
• IAT sensor malfunction.
• ECM malfunction.
