Refrigerant Pressure Sensor / Switch: Testing and Inspection

Dual Pressure Switch Inspection
1. Check switches for continuity at normal temperature (approx. 25 °C, 77 °F) when A/C system has a proper charge of refrigerant and when A/C system (compressor) is under operation. In each of these cases, switches should show proper continuity.

Dual Pressure Switch Specification:

2. When pressure (1) is equal to the specified pressure, switch should show no continuity.
