Brake Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch: Testing and Inspection

Brake Fluid Level Switch On-Vehicle Inspection
Use an ohmmeter to check switch for continuity.
If found defective, replace switch.

Continuity for brake fluid level switch
OFF position (float up): No continuity (infinity Ohm)
ON position (float down): Continuity (0 Ohm)
