Preliminary Inspection: Notes

Verify customer's complaint. Prior to performing any testing, perform a visual inspection. Check all system fuses. Check connectors for loose, damaged or corroded terminals. Check for damaged wire harnesses. Repair as necessary. If no problem is found, diagnose by testing individual components related to customer's complaint. See COMPONENT TESTS  .
