Brake Light Switch: Description and Operation

BRAKE WARNING LIGHT





The red "BRAKE" warning light will be illuminated when a low brake fluid level in the master cylinder is sensed, the parking brake switch is closed (parking brake engaged), the ignition switch is in "ON" and the engine is not running. The EBCM is not connected to the red "BRAKE" warning light, and cannot illuminate this lamp.
