To install cylinder head, reverse removal procedure. Use NEW cylinder head and manifold gaskets. Tighten cylinder head bolts to specification in 3 steps using proper sequence. See Fig 1. Adjust valve clearance. See VALVE CLEARANCE ADJUSTMENT under ADJUSTMENTS.
