Preliminary Inspection

Verify customer's complaint. Prior to performing any testing, perform a visual inspection. Check all system fuses. Check electrical connectors for good terminal contact, and check for loose, damaged or corroded terminals. Check for damaged wire harnesses. Repair as necessary. If no problem is found, perform appropriate circuit check or action as directed by the following symptoms.
