MULTIFUNCTION Switch: Esteem

Disconnect negative battery cable. Ensure front wheels are in a straight-ahead position. Disable air bag restraint system. See appropriate AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS article.
Disconnect harness connectors G33, G34 and G35 from bottom side of junction/fuse block. See Fig 1. Using DVOM, check for continuity between specified harness connector terminals with multifunction switch in appropriate position. See MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH CONTINUITY (ESTEEM) table. See Fig 2. If continuity is not as specified, replace multifunction switch and harness assembly.
