Preliminary Inspection

Verify customer's complaint. Before performing any testing, perform a visual inspection. On all models, check related fuses of main fuse block located in engine compartment. Check fuses located in junction/fuse block located under dash near driver-side kick panel. To identify fuses, see WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Check wiper/washer system harness connectors for loose, damaged or corroded terminals. Check for damaged wiring. Check wiper motor-to-wiper linkage connections for broken or damaged parts. Repair any faults found as necessary. If no system faults are found, perform appropriate circuit check or action as directed by the following symptoms.
