Preliminary Inspection

Ensure battery is fully charged, and battery terminals are in good condition and free of corrosion. Check MAIN (60-amp) fuse in main fuse block. See Figure . Check DOOR LOCK (15-amp), HORN (15-amp) and WIP (15-amp) fuses of junction/fuse block. See Figure . Inspect vehicle, doors and vehicle wiring harnesses for damage. Check interior lighting and hazard warning lights for proper operation. Repair any faults found, then retest power door lock or power door lock and remote keyless entry system operation.
