Draining & Refilling

Transmission and transfer case have separate drain plugs. Place appropriate receptacle under drain plug hole. Remove drain plug. Clean magnetic drain plug before installation. Inspect oil for excessive grit or metal particles. Install drain plug and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Fill to proper fluid level. See CHECKING FLUID LEVEL  .
