Resume/ACCEL Switch Fails To Resume Preset Vehicle Speed After Cruise Control Is Canceled

If RESUME/ACCEL switch fails to resume preset vehicle speed after cruise control is canceled, perform the following procedures in order:

• Perform CRUISE MAIN SWITCH, COAST/SET, RESUME/ACCEL & CANCEL SWITCH CIRCUIT CHECK  under SYSTEM TESTS.
• Replace actuator with known-good unit. See ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
