Cruise Control Is Not Canceled When Brake Pedal Is Depressed

If cruise control is not canceled when brake pedal is depressed, perform the following procedures in order:

• Perform BRAKELIGHT SWITCH CIRCUIT CHECK  under SYSTEM TESTS.
• Replace actuator with known-good unit. See ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
