Clutch Pedal Position Switch

  1. Loosen lock nut on clutch pedal position switch located near top of clutch pedal. See Figure . Slightly unscrew clutch pedal position switch from mounting bracket. Ensure clutch pedal is released.
  2. Adjust clutch pedal position switch to obtain .060-.080" (1.5-2.0 mm) clearance between threaded end of clutch pedal position switch and clutch pedal bracket. Tighten lock nut to 66 INCH lbs. (7.5 N.m).
