Cruise Control Module Power & Ground Circuit Checks

Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect CC ECU harness connector. Measure voltage between CC ECU harness connector terminals No. 11 (Black wire) and No. 12 (Red/Black on Esteem; Blue/Black on Grand Vitara and Vitara). See Figure .
Turn ignition on. If 10-14 volts exists, power and ground circuits are okay. If 10-14 volts does not exist, repair open or short in Red/Black, Blue/Black or Black wire. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
