Overdrive & TCC Off Command Signal Circuit Check

Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect CC ECU harness connector. Turn ignition on. Using DVOM, measure voltage between ground and CC ECU harness connector terminal No. 3 (Pink/Blue wire). See Figure . If voltage is 10-14 volts, circuit is okay. If voltage is not 10-14 volts, go to next step.
Check fuses, Pink/Blue wire and harness connectors to Transmission Control Module (TCM). See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Repair as necessary. If fuses, wiring and connectors are okay, replace PCM and retest.
