Removal Procedure

Drain the radiator. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM (LY7 GE 47716 FILL) and DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM (LY7 STATIC FILL) .
Unscrew the drain plug from the radiator end tank.
Remove and discard the O-ring.
