Parking Brake Switch

Disconnect parking brake switch connector. Using ohmmeter, check for continuity between parking brake switch terminal and ground. Continuity should exist with parking brake applied. With parking brake off (switch depressed), continuity should not exist. If continuity is not as specified, replace parking brake switch.
