Air Conditioning Switch: Testing and Inspection

A/C Switch

1. Disconnect negative (-) cable at battery.
2. Remove heater control knobs and panel.
3. Disconnect A/C switch connector to remove A/C switch.




4. Use an ohmmeter to check A/C switch for proper continuity between each terminal.
If A/C switch shows no continuity, replace it.
