Installation Procedure

Clean the frame insulator opening.
NOTE: The frame insulator tabs should be aligned horizontally or left to right on the vehicle and the recessed area should be aligned vertically or front to back on the vehicle.

Install the frame insulator to the front frame opening with the alignment tabs facing up.

Use the CH-47672 to install the frame insulator to the frame.
Remove the CH-47672 from the frame.
Install the frame to the vehicle. Refer to FRAME REPLACEMENT .
