Coolant Temperature Switch

Heat temperature switch in boiling water. Check for continuity between switch terminal and switch body. Continuity should exist at temperature of 230°F (110°C) or less. Continuity should not exist at greater than 230°F (110°C). If continuity is not as specified, replace coolant temperature switch.
