Clutch Coil

If compressor clutch is oil-soaked, check front shaft seal for leak. Replace shaft seal if necessary. Check pulley bearing for roughness and noise. Replace bearing if necessary. Measure clutch coil resistance. See COMPRESSOR CLUTCH COIL RESISTANCE table. If resistance is not as specified, replace clutch coil.
