Removal (Grand Vitara)
- Separate throttle body and intake collector assembly from intake manifold. See THROTTLE BODY & INTAKE COLLECTOR .
- Disconnect fuel feed and fuel return hoses. Disconnect fuel return hose and vacuum hose from fuel pressure regulator. Disconnect all injector connectors. Remove retaining bolts from fuel rails. Lift fuel rails out. Remove injectors.
