Symptom Chart B: Abs Warning Light On Intermittently, No DTCS Stored

  1. Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Disconnect EBCM 8-pin and 24-pin harness connectors. Connect test light between ground and EBCM 24-pin harness connector terminal No. 24. Monitor test light while moving wire harness and connectors. If test light remains illuminated, go to next step. If test light is not illuminated, repair circuit (White/Green wire) between EBCM 24-pin harness connector terminal No. 24 and HAZ fuse (15-amp).
  2. Connect test light between ground and EBCM 24-pin harness connector terminal No. 9. Turn ignition on. Monitor test light while moving wire harness and connectors. If test light remains illuminated, go to next step. If test light is not illuminated, repair circuit (Yellow/Green wire) between EBCM 24-pin harness connector terminal No. 9 and DEF fuse (20-amp).
  3. System is currently functioning correctly. Intermittent malfunction could be caused by incorrect harness routing or loose ground connections.
