DTC P0420: Three-Way Catalyst (TWC) Efficiency Low (Esteem 1.8L)

Visually inspect exhaust system for leaks, damage or loose connections. Repair as necessary. If system is okay, go to DTC P0136: HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (HO2S) NO. 2 CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION (ESTEEM 1.8L)  test.
