Air Bag Control Module: Testing and Inspection

CAUTION: Do not connect a tester whatever type it may be.
Never repair or disassemble SDM. If SDM was dropped from a height of 90 cm (3 ft) or more, it should be replaced.

1. Check SDM for dents, cracks or deformation.
2. Check SDM connector for damage, cracks or lock mechanism.
3. Check SDM terminal for bent, corrosion or rust.
If any faulty condition is found in above checks, replace.
