Using Tech-1 Scan Tool

Install proper data cartridge into scan tool. Connect scan tool data cable to vehicle Data Link Connector (DLC). Turn ignition on. Follow instructions on scan tool to read ABS DTCs. Turn ignition off and disconnect scan tool.

NOTE: If retrieving DTCs using ABS warning light, only DTC 12 (system okay) and history DTCs can be output. Any current ABS faults will cause ABS warning light to remain illuminated.
