Stall Speed Test Results
- If stall speed is same in both positions, but less than specified, engine output may be insufficient, or torque converter may be faulty.
- If stall speed is high in "D" position, check for low line pressure, faulty one-way clutch No. 0 and/or coast clutch, faulty forward clutch, or faulty one-way clutch No. 1.
- If stall speed is high in "R" position, check for low line pressure, faulty reverse clutch or faulty 1st-reverse brake.
