Evaporator Core: Description and Operation
EVAPORATORCold atomized refrigerant passes through the evaporator to lower the ambient temperature. The refrigerant, now changed into hot gas, is sent to the compressor. Functionally, the evaporator acts just inversely to the condenser.
(The refrigerant is in liquid form when entering the evaporator and in a gaseous state when leaving the unit).
