Throttle Position Sensor

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

Throttle Position (TP) sensor delivers a variable throttle position input signal (voltage) to the ECM. The ECM converts voltage signal into a duty signal, then delivers it to the TCM. If TP sensor voltage is not within specified range, TCM will turn off all shift solenoids and flash O/D OFF indicator light. TP sensor is mounted on side of throttle body.
