Diagnostic Tests: Notes

NOTE: Perform appropriate DTC test for DTC retrieved. If no DTC is retrieved, and a transmission fault is present, perform manual shifting test to determine if fault is caused by an electrical or mechanical related problem. See MANUAL SHIFTING TEST under TRANSMISSION SHIFT TESTING.

NOTE: See appropriate wiring diagram in WIRING DIAGRAMS to aid in component location, wire color and wire terminal identification.
