Overdrive & TCC Off Command Signal Circuit Check

Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect Cruise Control Electronic Control Unit (CC ECU) harness connector. Turn ignition on. Using DVOM, measure voltage between ground and CC ECU harness connector terminal No. 3 (Pink/Blue wire). See Figure . Reading should be 10-14 volts.
If voltage is not within specification, check fuses, Pink/Blue wire and harness connectors to Transmission Control Module (TCM). See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Repair fuses, wiring or harness connectors as necessary. If fuses, wiring and connectors are okay, substitute known good Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and retest.
