All Power Mirrors Do Not Operate
- Inspect fuse. See COMPONENT LOCATIONS . If fuse is blown, go to next step. If fuse is okay, check power mirror switch and power mirror motors. See POWER MIRROR SWITCH and POWER MIRROR MOTOR under COMPONENT TESTS.
- Check for short to ground in Black/Blue wire (Esteem) or Blue wire (Grand Vitara and Vitara) between ignition switch and fuse. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If wire between ignition switch and fuse is okay, check for short to ground in White/Black wire between fuse and power mirror switch. Check for short to ground in wiring between power mirror switch and mirrors. Repair as necessary, replace fuse and retest system.
