DTC P0123: Throttle Position (TP) Sensor Circuit High Input: Condition

DTC is set when Power Control Module (PCM) detects TP sensor voltage is more than 4.8 volts for 1 second. Possible causes are:
- TP sensor or circuit malfunction.
- PCM malfunction.
