DTC P0117: Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor Circuit Low Input: Condition

DTC is set when Power Control Module (PCM) detects ECT sensor input voltage is less than 0.16 volts for 5 seconds. Possible causes are:
- ECT sensor or circuit malfunction.
- PCM malfunction.
