Esteem, Swift & VITARA 4-Cylinders

Turn ignition off. Disconnect TP sensor connector. Using an ohmmeter, check resistance between specified terminals of TP sensor connector. See Fig 1. See THROTTLE POSITION (TP) SENSOR RESISTANCE  table. Replace sensor if readings are not as specified.
