Operational Test (Esteem)
Disconnect front wiper motor harness connector. Connect positive battery voltage to terminal No. 3 at front wiper motor connector. Ground Black lead or housing at wiper motor connector. See Fig 1 . Wiper motor should operate at low-speed of approximately 35-45 RPM. If wiper motor does not operate or operates at less than specified RPM, replace front wiper motor. See WIPER MOTOR under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
