Test D: No Output From Diagnostic Connector
- Ensure jumper wire is installed in diagnostic connector between terminals No. 2 and 4. See Figure . If jumper wire is correctly installed and code is not output, go to next step.
- Remove jumper wire from diagnostic connector. Disconnect ABS actuator assembly connector. Check continuity of Pink wire between terminal No. A8 on ABS actuator harness connector and diagnosis switch terminal on diagnostic connector. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . See Figure . If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, repair open Pink wire.
- Turn ignition off. Check continuity between ground and ground terminal (Black wire) on diagnostic connector. If continuity is present, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, repair open Black wire.
- Inspect ABS actuator harness connector. Ensure connection is clean and free from corrosion. Repair as needed. If connector is okay, replace ABS actuator assembly.
