CONDITION:
Certain 1999 CAMI built Suzuki Vitara models equipped with the 2.0 L engines may exhibit a crank but no-start condition in 5°F or colder weather conditions
CAUSE:
ECM/PCM engine cold start program.
CORRECTION:
Please follow the procedures contained in this bulletin.
