Air Door Cable: Service and Repair

Control Cables:

HEATER CONTROL CABLES

REMOVAL
1. Remove heater control lever assembly.
See steps 1) to 7) of HEATER CONTROL LEVER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL.




2. Disconnect control cables from control lever.

INSTALLATION




- Install control cables by reversing removal procedure, noting the following point.

NOTE: After installing control cables, be sure that control levers move smoothly and stop at proper position.




- Move control lever to FRESH position.




- Push lever fully in arrow direction and fix cable with clamp in position as shown in the figure.
