Blower Motor: Service and Repair

Blower Motor

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2 On models with air bag, disarm and remove air bag module from steering wheel as outlined under Technician Safety Information.
3. Remove glove compartment and holder stay.
4. Disconnect all electrical connectors from blower motor.
5. Disconnect fresh air control cable from blower motor case.

6. Remove blower motor attaching bolts, then the blower motor Fig. 5.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
